Bayberry Bud Earrings

Bayberry bushes have been my favorite since I was a kid, collecting berries to make candles. It’s the first beach shrub to show its crimson buds in March and keeps its waxy scented berries into the winter.  

These were made using bayberry branches collected this winter from Westport.
