Your Harmony Winters Jewelry is designed to be worn and cherished for generations. To keep it in top shape, remember the following jewelry care tips:

Wear Mindfully: Precious metals are durable but not indestructible. Avoid wearing your jewelry while sleeping, exercising, lifting heavy items, gardening, swimming, or handling chemicals to extend its life.

Clean Regularly: Use a gentle cleanser (like Palmolive or Seventh Generation dish soap), warm water, and a soft toothbrush. Soak in the solution for 30 minutes if needed, then brush gently. Avoid brushing emeralds, opals or turquoise.

Inspect Often: Check for any changes if you've bumped or damaged it. Familiarize yourself with the details, and have it professionally cleaned and inspected by us every six months. (Free for our customers.)

Store Carefully: Keep each piece in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches, especially soft stones and pearls.

Each piece of HW Jewelry is covered by our Maintenance + Service Plan. 

This includes:

•  1 year of free cleaning, inspection, polishing, re-texturing and patina service. 
• 1 year setting repair. Setting repair includes tightening of any loose gemstone or diamond.
•  1 year complimentary accent gemstone/diamond replacement. Warranty does not include stones with a replacement value over 250 USD or replacement of stones larger than 0.25 carat. 
• The replacement of lost center stones valued over $250 is not included in our warranty. We recommend you obtain insurance for your piece for the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or becoming damaged.
• 90-day complimentary chain and clasp repair. 

The Warranty is non transferable and is intended only for the original customer or gift recipient. Your jewelry is 100% guaranteed against workmanship defects for 1 year but not normal wear and tear. 

Repairs

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry and will happily offer repairs free of charge due to fabrication issues within one year.

Repairs due to wear and tear, elective ring resizing, modification requests will be taken in on a case by case basis. Email us for an estimate.

We recommend having your important purchases inspected by us every 6 months. Failure to complete the recommended repairs, or if repairs are made by establishment not approved by us will result in the cancellation of the warranty policy. We are not responsible for damaged jewelry due to wear and tear, or repairs/alterations made by other jewelers.

Ring Resizing

We offer 1 complimentary ring resizing within 2 sizes in the first 6 month of your purchase. Some rings are not resizable, such as ones with stones all the way around.
