We’d be happy to replace your lost earring if it’s a style we currently stock. Out of stock, one of a kind, and gemstone pieces may not be able to be replicated.

Shipping Questions

‘Ready To Ship’ jewelry is in stock and will ship within 2-3 business days.

‘Made To Order’ jewelry can take 4-6 weeks depending on our current workload. The current production time listed after the description and you will receive a follow up email with updates.

These are estimates and are cover time from the workbench to the post office. Time in transit will varu depending on which carrier and speed you choose.

How is my order packed?

Each item will arrive gift-ready packed in a pouch or gift box. Your packing slip will be included which includes your order number and order details, however, no pricing will be indicated.

We use USPS to ship our packages and use either the carrier packaging, a plain brown cardboard box. We also offer FedEx, just send us an email before you check out. hello@harmonywinters.com

Your order will ship viaUSPS First Class International and USPS Priority International. 

Jewelry may be held in customs for up to 4 weeks, outside of this deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive though that's not guaranteed. 

All international packages are fully insured.

Many countries require VAT/import fees at customs before delivery can be completed. The buyer is solely responsible for payment of these customs fees.  These orders will be shipped FedEx International, and customs and broker fees will be the client's responsibility upon delivery. Your customs office should be able to estimate these charges for you. 

Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address. If your package is undeliverable because of an incorrect address,  because you were not able to be contacted at the time of delivery, or because you do not pay the customs fee, it will be returned to us automatically. You will then receive a refund for your order LESS the shipping fee, LESS the import/customs fee, and LESS the restocking fee for the item(s) you purchased.

Unfortunately International orders are not returnable due to the time in transit falls outside our return policy.

We'd love to! We can gift wrap and add a handwritten note on one of our ocean notecards. Just add a note with your message when you check out.
