We’d be happy to replace your lost earring if it’s a style we currently stock. Out of stock, one of a kind, and gemstone pieces may not be able to be replicable.

Shipping Questions

‘Ready to Ship’ jewelry is in stock and will ship within 2–3 business days.
‘Made to Order’ jewelry can take 4–6 weeks, depending on our current workload. The estimated production time is listed after the description, and you will receive follow-up emails with updates.
These time frames cover the period from our workbench to the post office. Transit time will vary depending on the carrier and shipping speed you select.

Each item will arrive gift-ready, packed in a pouch or gift box. A packing slip with your order number and details will be included, but no pricing will be shown.
We ship our packages via USPS unless an alternate method is chosen at checkout. We use carrier packaging or a plain brown cardboard box.

Your order will ship via USPS First Class International and USPS Priority International. 

Jewelry may be held in customs for up to 4 weeks, outside of this deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, though that's not guaranteed. 

All international packages are fully insured.

Many countries require VAT/import fees at customs before delivery can be completed. The buyer is solely responsible for payment of these customs fees.  These orders will be shipped FedEx International, and customs and broker fees. These will be the client's responsibility upon delivery. Your customs office should be able to estimate these charges for you. 

Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address. If your package is undeliverable because of an incorrect address, because you were not able to be contacted at the time of delivery, or because you do not pay the customs fee, it will be returned to us automatically. You will then receive a refund for your order LESS the shipping fee, LESS the import/customs fee, and LESS the restocking fee for the item(s) you purchased.

Unfortunately International orders are not returnable due to the time in transit falls outside our return policy.

We'd love to! We can gift wrap and add a handwritten note on one of our ocean notecards. Just add a note with your message when you check out.
