What is your production time?
Each listing has the current production time listed after the description. This doesn't include shipping time which varies depending on what carrier and speed you choose.
How is my order packed?
Each item will arrive gift-ready packed in a pouch or gift box. Your packing slip will be included which includes your order number and order details, however, no pricing will be indicated.
We use USPS, UPS to ship our packages and use either the carrier packaging, a plain brown cardboard box or grey recycled plastic mailer. We also offer FedEx, just send us an email before you check out. firstname.lastname@example.org
What do I need to know if I'm outside the US?
I ship vis USPS First Class International and USPS Priority International.
Jewelry may be held in customs for up to 4 weeks, outside of this deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive though that's not guaranteed.
All international packages are fully insured.
Many countries require VAT/import fees at customs before delivery can be completed. The buyer is solely responsible for payment of these customs fees. These orders will be shipped FedEx International, and customs and broker fees will be the client's responsibility upon delivery. Your customs office should be able to estimate these charges for you.
Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address. If your package is undeliverable because of an incorrect address, because you were not able to be contacted at the time of delivery, or because you do not pay the customs fee, it will be returned to us automatically. You will then receive a refund for your order LESS the shipping fee, LESS the import/customs fee, and LESS the restocking fee for the item(s) you purchased.
Unfortunately International orders are not returnable due to the time in transit falls outside our return policy.
Can you gift wrap my order?
We'd love to. We can gift wrap and add a handwritten note. Just send a message after you check out with instructions.
Can you work with my gemstone's and gold?
Yes! Harmony specializes in turning your heirloom jewelry into modern wearable pieces to be loved for generations to come. Keep in mind it is more costly due to the labor involved to use existing stones and metal.
Do you do custom work?
Yes! Currently the studio is accepting custom orders in January 2020. Please email us with your ideas and we will get back to you within a few days. We do not accept walk in custom project requests so we can best serve you and our current customers.
Do you do engraving?
We do not do engraving at this time.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We've partnered with Afterpay which allows you to pay for your purchase over 4 equal installments, due every two weeks. You’ll pay your first installment at the time of purchase, and the remainder over time.
- At checkout, select Afterpay as your payment option, and you will be brought through the application process. Once you place your order using Afterpay, we will process your order and ship your jewelry without delay! Then, you will work directly with Afterpay to make payments.
For purchases over $1500 get in touch and I'd be happy to work out a payment plan.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Afterpay, bank checks, PayPal and Venmo.
Do you have a retail location?
Yes, we'd love for you to visit! Read all about the studio + shop, including our current hours on this page. If you have a custom project request please email us at email@example.com for an appointment so we can best meet your needs. We do not accept walk in custom project requests.
Do you repair work not purchased from Harmony Winters?
We only offer repairs on our own work at this time.
