Aquamarine’s name comes from the Latin for seawater and it was said to calm waves and keep sailors safe at sea. It's the mineral beryl, the same as Emerald and Morganite. It is believed to inspire truth, trust, and letting go. It's also considered a stone of youth and eternal happiness.
